From April we will be required to provide an "enhanced data set", i.e. they want to know what we are doing for the UDAs we claim.

Old style FP17s will not be accepted for treatment started after April, and the PCT will shortly be writing with order forms. Please reply as soon as you can to ensure you have the appropriate stationery.

Colleagues using EDI exclusively are advised to have a few forms in case of software crises.

The DoH have been widely criticised for the lack of data being collected compared to the old contract and of course they have reacted by getting us to do the work!
