WESTWARD HOUSING – ROGUE LANDLORDS

We own our own property and.....

We had NO Manager for 3 years, NO Lounge, No Wash Room,No guest room BUT these Rouges charge us £39plus a week, Dubious accounts with "Double" sets, dreadful cleaners and incompetent gardeners all having their contracts renewed despite many complaints.The poorest of the managing agents. MALAKAs as our greek coach driver used to say.

We had had NO manager for over 3 years, they cut off the "Call System" now Have DOUBLED the "Support "servic charge. Worst management you could have.

 

The saga of this predominately female  organisation continues ?

The role of Warden no longer exists in this Westward Housing world, they are no longer able to offer any assistance for example if you fall down you stay down, if you need anything you wait for family or friends, the emergency call system was turned off permantly during Covid lockdown. All in all an Organisation one is ashamed to be associated with and to be ripped off £39 a week. WE NEEDED A MAN!!! someone able to change a light bulb for a frail resident rather than charge £34 as they used to do.

Dear Sir    Original to Mr Andrew Mc Murray

I understand you paid us a visit at "Dower Court" on Thursday 16th, sadly I was not aware of this visit as I would have liked to briefly  had the opportunity to explain the reason behind the unrest here and in other of your developments. (My websites keep me informed).

It's very simple!, the maintenance is a disaster?.

The entrance lobby (Foyer) you witnessed has been repaired 3 (yes 3 times) charged for each time!!! with a "Asbestos" (non existent) company charging £541, this is only one  of the many substandard repairs recently.

The guttering you also witnessed was supposedly cleaned recently at a cost of £600plus, you saw for yourself the results. A pvc door was visited by 3 different MD workmen until one knew what to do to adjust said door,with three charges, and it goes on.

The service is abysmal no westward staff to ensure works carried out are acceptable

meanwhile service charges are "Artificially" high due to this non-existent management.

Gardens, and Cleaners another ongoing concern, Westward fully aware but helpless they are not fit to look after your pet rabbit let-alone pensioners.

Ombusman says we can go to arbitration but the residents cant afford it.

Now people are waking up to these shady Housing Associations with the likes of channel 4 Dispatches (NIGHTMARE LANDLORDS) and Sanctuary getting a well deserved dose of bad coverage, lets hope Westward Housing gets a wake up also.
