Selling House Posted by Adam on 09 February 2012 Greenbelt cant prevent you selling your house unless they go through the courts. If you get yourself a good solicitor and dont tell greenbelt then you should be OK Posted by on 09 February 2012 Legal opinion Funny how Greenbelt are trying to discredit LORD Colin Tyres legal opinion with there own opinions. Of course Greenbelt think that there opinion holds greater legal sway than that of an eminant QC. Its even more comical as we have two other legal opinions which confirm much of what Lord Tyre says and one of those from one of greenbelts own legal advisers Posted by on 09 February 2012 Utterly disgusted to see Greenbelt Group's name being advertised at this weekend's scotland england rugby match at murrayfield - shame on the SRU for promoting this sleazy enterprise - they clearly haven't taken the time to do even heist basic check on this company's credentials. Too busy grabbing cash extracted from the vulnerable. Supporting one of Scotland's nastiest exports. Posted by on 06 February 2012 Oh flower of Scotland, when will see see your likes again, not on a Greenbelt Group estate, with it's dog shit and broken swings. Those days are past now, when anyone would pay a Greenbelt bill... Posted by on 06 February 2012 It was bad enough to see Dan parks was wearing someone else's boots, but to see Greenbelt advertizing made me want to throw something heavy at the TV. Nice to see that they are a lovely, company (must be if they advertise, right?) is using the money they extract from people who believe their lies being put to good use convincing sheeple how lovely they are. Posted by C H Impanzee on 07 February 2012 Taylor Middletons a dead duck and Taylors running the show. Taylors wife Ethel is also a chartered accountant and company secretary to greenbelt Holdings Posted by on 05 February 2012 new threats Got my newest letter this morning. What course of action should I be taking next. Haven't paid a dime since moving in 5 years ago and don't intend to, solidarity works. Posted by E T on 04 February 2012 SEE POINTS ABOUT NON PAYMENT IN INFO SECTION Posted by on 04 February 2012 Greenbelt are playing the long game and trying to run us down so we submit and pay them especially before the property factors bill comes in Posted by on 06 February 2012 My thoughts exactly. However, it's nothing short of harrassment "debt collection agency who may make a home visit" - doesn't scare a good 6 foot plus fella like myself (please come to my door Beveridge/Middleton) but for older folks I can see it would - any chance of a joint letter to the muppets from the solicitor? Posted by C H Impanzee on 06 February 2012 Good idea we have estate funds to pay for it. We should look into suing them for harassment Posted by on 06 February 2012 View All Posts, Ever! Does anybody know if an outstanding debt to greenbelt can prevent your house being sold?!
Many thanks
