Louth WEA recently held its AGM, reflecting on the successful courses and trips run in the past year and looking forward to a very exciting programme in 2014. The Louth WEA branch members are congratulated for supporting so many courses in these financially challenging times when courses are failing in other areas. The people around Louth clearly enjoy the stimulus of learning an interesting topic at the same time as meeting like-minded people and making friends.

Some of the courses for 2014 will be on Victorian Louth, Gardening and Art of the Great War along with some very tempting trips, so look out for the WEA 2014 brochure which should be in the Library as soon as it is published.
