Sharing skills and tallent in the community.

Timebanks encourage people to swap skills and talents and favours.  For every hour you spend doing something for or with another member, you earn a Time Credit. Timebanking offers real flexibility.  You don't have to commit to regular days or hours.  There is no cash involved unless it's to cover expenses (for example ingredients).  

The only cost is your time.
