We are formed for one sole purpose of uncovering the mysteries of ancient martial arts, the evolution process of the different arts and what's available in the UK.

Over time we will look further afield and discover what is actually out there beyond our shores and will invite senior instructors of these systems to talk about their individual journeys.

The site will also look for the best tips in healthy eating, anti-bullying methods, help points and any relevant key topics of interest in this area.
