This is so that you can rest assured we have done our due diligence before we offer these to you.

These are a mixture of new and older properties but one thing is certain they are of a great quality and have an excellent investment potential. None of our properties are off plan and all have been built to a superb quality.

We are able to offer some exclusive incentives you will not find anywhere else. These are:-

80% Mortgage (dependant upon status)

All Taxes and Legal Fees Paid

Only cost to client is a £1000 fee for valuation, arranging the mortgage and arranging tax reference (this is compulsory in Portugal)

So for just a £1000 payment you are able to purchase a property directly from us as the Agent for the seller.

In addition to the above on some investments we are able to offer to pay your mortgage for 2 years. This would be paid to you as part cash back upon completion and the remainder paid every quarter. The only catch is that you would have to allow the seller to have the property back for either 3 months or 6 months during the first two years so that they could rent out in the height of the season. However you do not have to take this option as it is your choice. Each development we sell has a slightly different arrangement so please check to see the details on each one.

Just think though you could own a property and have your mortgage paid for two years for only a £1000 investment.
