The Wigan Wednesday Club

The club suffered one of its worse humiliations in recent years today. This fun filled evening which took weeks to arrange went to complete waste, and sadly much of the entertainment had to be cancelled losing our deposit money.

Thankfully celebrity psychic Mr Derek Pakora already knew the event would be a disaster, so hasn't charged the club. He has asked if he may film one of his very popular ' Most Haunted ' programmes at the club house as payment.

Also most of the eclectic gastro buffet had to be thrown away at great expense.

We really need to support these types of funtions if we are to keep the club alive.
