A few evenigs ago, we witnessed the rebirth of a new society. A melting pot of debate and clarity.

In a city centre pub, the very embers of what I predict will become a powerhouse of intelect within the local district met for the first time.

Many of those in attendence come from a professional background, and seemed undaunted talking about high brow important topics.

Such was the popularity of the event, it had to spill over into an ajoining room.

Early delegates included Mr Eric Johnson and Mr Colin Dallas, who officially opened the nights proceedings to rapturous applause.

Also present were local members of the Whelly Amateur Dramatics society, who brought a sense of brevity and depth to the area.

Other dignitaries  included Sir Eric Johnson, President of the Beech Hill Masonic Lodge who was accompanied by his deputy The Right Honorable C Dallas, Member of Parliment for Scholes West.

The massed throng became ecstatic with the arrival of Eric and Colin, who had just flown in to Wigan International on the overnight red eye from St Helens. Their stretched black limousine was swamped as the well known local celebrities entered the building.

Local activists Colin Alfonso Dallas of the R.S.P.G and the much acclaimed equal rights campaigner Eric Quentin Johnson came late to the session to a warm and hearty welcome. Without doubt this event has attracted a wealth of talent.

Eric and colin of the Swinley Mass Debating League brought some gravitas and persuasive weight to the already stimulating parlay.

A surprise visit by some representatives from N.A.S.A wowed the crowd into a frenzy of exitement. it went really well when they served up free drinks all round.

The Norley Ale Supping Association were really very much appreciated in the hall.

I can only see this gathering of like minded people becoming the must place to be on a mid week evening, and without exception everyone present had a marvelous time.
