Hello and Welcome to the Home Page for the Primary Care Commissioning Consultancy.

Firstly we would like to tell you a bit about ourselves and what we do.

We were set up in 2012 to provide flexible commissioning capacity for primary health and social care.

Providing experienced and competent commissioning professionals to the health and social care sector; on both an interim and permenant basis. We provide a number of services.

Expertise for short/meduim and long-term projects on a consultancy basis; our consultants and interims have been managers in health and social care services and are not generic consultants as is often the case with large global consultancy companies.

Meaning our people do not need to learn about NHS systems as they already have excellent working knowledge of these and are able to start deliverying straight away.

Additional staff capacity for development/implementation of  commissioning projects including systems/infomatics, governance frameworks, and strategy development. 

Specialist advice and direct support for commissioning interfaces such as joint   local authority/primary care commissoning and contact management.  

Legal and technical advice for procurement projects.

NHS commissioning is being remodelled, we as clincians and managers are of course aware of the need for greater organisational flexibilty to meet these new demands. This is where we can help by offering flexible capacity solutions.
