We have had a very successful first year in renting out our Casita and would like to thank you all for your enquiries.  We have been fully booked since June 16^th 2009 up to and including December 16^th.  So far we have had positive feedback from our renters and are very pleased with the way the rental of the Casita has gone.

 

 We shall now start taking bookings for 2010 and with our credit crunching prices remaining the same as 2009 we hope that you will take advantage of our special offer, remember that when you book and arrive you will be able to treat the Casita as a home from home, with the exception of the fantastic sunshine that we experience here in Sax.

 

Please remember to book well in advance as some of our renters will be returning in 2010 for more of the same home comforts, and with more activities being added to our what’s on guide you will not be disappointed in the area of the Vinalopo Valley.

 

We have made investments in the grounds of the Casita and can now boast the swimming pool can be used all year round, with its new bubble cover the heat remains in so you can swim, you will be able to tell your friends that you have been swimming on Christmas day, or make use of the new BBQ area and bar, both are covered so no matter what the weather is like you can enjoy the benefits of covered BBQ and drinks on the patio.
