Countyconnect, the 'on demand' service has proved inadequate in many respects especially as it does not offer a direct service to Northampton and has to be booked well in advance.
Frustratingly, our original service (Centrebus 60) which would need to make a small detour (about 1 mile) to include us is still running through the eastern outskirts of the parish.
Initially we were told that the omission of Cold Ashby from the timetable was an error.
However, the latest rebuff from 'the powers that be' repeats that the finance is still unavailable for this small addition to the schedule.
