Without a domestique and only each other for company, Gerry and Steve cycled from Fort Augustus to Golspie.  Only the good weather and the promise of a surprise at Beauly kep them going!

On arrival at Platform PR's offices for the promised tea and cakes, Gerry and Steve were met by Stan Arnauld's wife Jude who was waiting to give them a professional massage!  There is photographic evidence of this but the pictures are tucked away on the photo gallery page for those brave enough to visit!  Instead see below a more acceptable picture of Jane Cumming, Jenny MacPherson and Stan Arnauld with the refreshed cyclists.

A welcome also awaited the travellers at Golspie, this time in the form of West Coast Energy's very own Simon Green.  All thoughts of an early night quickly evaporated as they were also joined by some friends of Steve's.
