With improved weather the team managed 79.5 miles in 5 hours 21 minutes, average speed of 14.8 mph, ascent 2,820 ft - wonderful views of Ben Nevis apparently.

Apparently a fellow traveller met on the road managed to get himself the nickname of Mouth on a Bike which made Steve thoughtful for a few miles.
