Return Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if found to be faulty in manufacture. Please email our customer services on sales@artisanartshop.com with details and to arrange the return. All items are to be returned us by the customer. On receipt of the item/s at our office a replacement or refund will be sent to the customer. If the item/s has been returned as faulty a payment will be made to the customer to cover the return postage costs. We do accept the return of items that have been purchased and are not required. When returning items not required the return postage will be at the customer’s own expense.
