The tragic story of Robbie Powell
I can't believe it's 26 years since the sad death of young Robbie Powell of Ystradgynlais from Addison's Disease, a treatable condition. I don't often use the stories of others but this is one you should read. I'm grateful to the Canary for publishing it today, and to the article's author.
The allegations of potential cover-up and conspiracy that could involve the medical profession, police, politicians and maybe even the CPS are deeply worrying. A full public inquiry is surely the only way these concerns will be put to bed.
