Well would you believe it? The Ynysarwed Donkey obviously got that Christmas job after all, but most definitely not the one in the nativity play. It looks like he's got a job modelling, but who on earth is riding on his back? I'm pretty sure it's not an NPT Councillor because the guy is smiling and looks in need of a good meal. Plus - they wouldn't take anyone or anything for a ride, would they?? He is wearing Party red though, but come on - it's Christmas!

Let me assure readers it's definitely not me. I shaved off my moustache in the 70's and quite definitely have never worn such a ridiculous hat! But I do agree with the message on the card.

Merry Christmas to all. I'll be back in 2016 (hopefully - unless the editor sacks me after this) with more thoughts on our politicians and political life.
