A fair number of the refugees are apparently from Iraq and Afghanistan. I thought all those British soldiers had died out there to make these countries safe to live in?

I have enormous sympathy with the plight of anyone fleeing wars or persecution in their own country. But what's the beef with people fleeing pakistan then? How can these be genuine refugees?

And can someone please explain to me how all these young men I am seeing in the news are dressed better than most people in Wetherspoons, and are certainly better groomed, with neat haircuts and they look like they've just shaved with a Mach3. Fair play - considering they have marched from the Middle East they could teach the young men of Neath a thing about sartorial elegance.
