There are only two types of people who should view the linked video at the end of this piece. Firstly, those who will not be voting for the Labour Party on 7 May - even if you are not voting for anyone. Because when you have seen it, you will say to yourself, "Bugger me. To think there are people who actually vote for those idiots". And secondly, those of you who will be giving Labour your vote, because if you still think they deserve it having seen this, well, you deserve each other, and everything that comes your way as a result.

The interview involves one Jamieson Ronald "Jamie" Reed, a British Labour politician, currently a Shadow Health Minister, who has been the Member of Parliament for Copeland in Cumbria since 2005. I do hope he has a large majority to work with because if many voters in his patch get hold of this interview he will surely be toast after 7 May.

It was conducted by the excellent, and abrasive, Andrew Neil on the BBC's Daily Politics show on the 21st April 2015.

Following his disastrous performance Reed was invited back the next day to finish the interview.  He refused. Probably those that pull his strings had told him that it's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than open your mouth and prove it.
