A bit about how I became interested in Spiritual Health, alternative remedies and treatments……

 

The love of my life is my horse. He is called Beadle, and he is a real character.

The reason I became interested in spiritual health, alternative remedies/treatments, etc, was due to Beadle.

Beadle has had his fair share of problems and illnesses. Some of the treatments and medicines prescribed by the vet seemed to have a very strong impact on him.

So, I decided that there must be other things I could do for Beadle without the side effects and general problems that prescribed medicines had on him. I was right. There are hundreds of alternative therapies out there to treat horses. (However you should always seek veterinary advise first if your horse is having a problem).

After a while of using alternative therapies on Beadle, I thought to myself, if this works so well on him, then it is bound to work for me too!

And so my interest in alternative therapies grew, and blossomed into the spiritual health.

Spiritual Health is basically another phrase including alternative remedies/treatments. Some alternative treatments include Reiki, Meditation, Hypnosis, Feng Shui, etc. These are generally the most well known treatments.
