ABERGELE &DISTRICT ORGAN SOCIETY
Abergele organ Society was formed in1985 at Abergele British Legion Club where it remained until 2003 when the club closed down.
In May 2003 a new venue was found by the then chairman Sq. Leader John McGrory Rtd. M.B.E
Kinmel Manor Hotel Abergele where monthly concerts were held until December 2013
During the second half of 2013 the committee discussed the move from Kinmel Manor for 2014 concerts and several venues were considered and due mainly to the efforts of our Chairman Mr.Gary Rowe and Committee member Mr. Andy Whiteway we were able to move our concerts to Rhyl Town Hall a venue with full stage lighting and sound equipment and the ability set the room with dressed tables and club styled seating giving the concert nights a warm friendly atmosphere.
The Town Hall is centrally placed in Rhyl with easy access to public transport being only a short walk from the bus station there is free parking after 6pm on most local roads nearby in addition, the car park behind the Apollo Cinema Bingo Hall is also free after 6pm.
Concerts will continue at Rhyl for the forseeable future on the second Tuesday of each month except the August12th & December10th concerts Which will be held on Wednesdays

Rhyl Town Centre is just 6 miles from junction 27 on the A55 expressway
Leave the A55 at junction 27 ''St.Asaph & Rhyl''to the A525
Follow the signs on the A525 to Rhyl carry on to the town centre over the railway bridge going left at the traffic lights then right at the next set of lights the Town Hall is ahead at the junction with Wellington road
Concerts are held on the second Tuesday of each month except for the August12th & December 9th Concerts will be on The Wednesdays
Doors open 7-00pm
Entry £6-00
The concert room is on the first floor

It's as straightforward as that!

Yes, of course. If you feel a little nervous, simply view our User Manual which will help get you up and running in no time. There's also advice on optimizing your Search Engine visibility and, there's even an online forum for those feeling a little more adventurous.
