What is SNAP?
Special Needs Action Project is a voluntary sector organisation that offers a range of services during Out of School hours for children and young people who have learning disabilities.
Who can come to SNAP?
- To be eligible for SNAP, the children/young adults must be between the age of 5 and 30, live within the Inverness area OR attend School within the Inverness area.
- The young person must have a learning disability and/or associated physical disability.
- Anyone can refer an individual to SNAP whether they are a parent/carer or a professional.
