Even for really untrained people it is a new chance to enter a new sports activity. skiking trains heart and blood circulation, it protects joints, ligaments, and tendons and is good for the shape of your body, too.
But most of all, it is a lot of fun!
It was not developed by Swiss people - it was an Austrian, Otto Eder: "Now this effective sports has started a triumphant progress around the world". The name "skike" is a combination of the words "skate" and "bike". You can also ride a skike on mountain bike trails - up and downhill!
