Come along to the Launch of Growing as a Family at the Balintore Pavilion , 12.30pm to 2.30pm on the 23rd Feb 2016.
There will be:
Cooking with Claire Neilson
Who will be looking at tasty, healthy recipes we can make using fruits and vegetables we can grow in our very own gardens and community polytunnel.

Growing with Iona Finlayson 
Who will be getting stuck in helping you to plant you very own seeds to help get you started and looking at different ways of growing using very little money 

Composting with Kerry Brady
Who will be showing the community the compost bins being made from recycled materials by local youths. 
Find out how to get involved and how to get your very own free compost bin.

We will also be looking at other successful community projects to see what might work in our local area and what we could achieve in 2016 

This is a free event. Tea and coffee will be provided. It is a child friendly environment suitable for the whole family.

Please come along and bring your friends and family.
