Shinty Captain

Congratulations go to Stuart Mackintosh for his appointment as Captain of the Glenurquhart Shinty Team! Some of you will already know that he plays in goals for the Scotland team and we are all delighted that he has achieved so much.

Unfortunately this does mean that he will sometimes be unable to play  at the Gellions on a Saturday afternoon (shinty games can be played as far away as Oban) but he will do his best to be back for the evening performances whenever this happens - as it did last weekend!

When possible on these occasions, he will be replaced with Tom Cruickshank - another favourite box player.
