Gus Poyet has said that Sunderland will play to win when they face West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League tomorrow evening.

Both teams can still mathematically be relegated, but a draw would ensure that both avoid the drop this s

eason.

The manager told the club's website: "We will be playing to win. As we always say, the result is a consequence of the performance.

"The idea is not to play or start the game with a draw in our heads, not at all. We will go for the win first."
