Sunderland and Newcastle offered Diego Capel
According to reports, Sporting Lisbon midfielder Diego Capel has been offered to both Sunderland and Newcastle. The Spaniard is a regular with the Portuguese side but due to financial issues they may be forced to sell some of their high earning players in the next transfer window.
TMW have reported today that Capel has been offered to Both North East Clubs for a transfer fee of around €5m for 26-Year-old.
Capel was linked with Lee Congerton's former club Hamburg earlier in the season, as well as Liverpool and Tottenham.
