Altidore: We need to give Johnson chance to reach his best
Jozy Altidore is happy for Sunderland teammate Adam Johnson over his current form.
Johnson is set to face former club Manchester City tonight.
“Adam has been playing really well, but I’m not surprised because he has quality,” Altidore told safc.com.
“We have to play for our quality players; play for Adam and give him a chance to succeed.
“We need to make sure we give him the best platform.”
