Fulham monitoring Bardsley's contract situation at Sunderland
Fulham are monitoring the situation of Sunderland defender Phil Bardsley.
The Scotland full-back was out of favour under Paolo Di Canio but is now back in the frame since Gus Poyet took the reins.
However, that has not stopped the Cottagers from showing interest with new assistant Rene Meulensteen a big fan of Bardsley.
It is believed that Fulham could make a play for the former Manchester United man in January.
