Hello and Welcome to the Dingwall Jog Scotland Group.

We Meet every Thursday, 7pm, whatever the weather, at Dingwall Academy, by the bus park.

We're a mixed gender and ability group, everyone is welcome.  If you don't fancy running with a group yet, use the Contact tab and I'll try to arrange a run out with you.


Whether you're a complete beginner, or an experienced runner, we look forward to seeing you.
