On Sunday 26 August 2018, we held a Rosemarkie Caves animal bone workshop and cleaning day at Tarradale House. Input and supervision was by Karen Kennedy, a Masters student from UHI, who worked on the faunal assemblages from the 2016 and 2017 digs under Dr Ingrid Mainland.

We managed to clean almost all the bones from this year's excavation and even found a bone knife handle that inadvertently made it's way in with the samples - a good result!
