Rosehall Village Hall

Management Committee

The Management Committee, who, as Trustees also own the building on behalf of the community, contains representatives from each of the groups who are major users of the Hall.  Following the 2009 AGM, the Office Bearers are:

Chair:  Willie Pirritt

Secretary: Ann Snody

Treasurer: John Bidwell

Vice Chair: Dave Goulder.

Organisations currently represented are: Rosehall 1st Responders, Rosehall Youth Club, Rosehall Community Arts, Scottish Women's Rural Institute, 4-Seasons Club and Friends of Rosehall Church. The facilities are also used by Rosehall Primary School, for PE lessons.

Rosehall Village Hall receives a small annual grant from the Highland Council, but most of the operating funds have to be raised by the Committee.

The major renovation project that has recently been completed, was achieved thanks to funding from the following:

90%   from the Scottish Government and European Union 2007-2013 Highland LEADER Fund.

Balance from:  Peoples Postcode Trust, Achany Windfarm Trust, Balgown Estate, the late Francis Hoare and from several other donors both local and national.
