THE HALL BUILDING with Community Arts banner above Rosehall Village Hall serves the communities that lie between the tumbling waters of the River Shin and the placid upper reaches of the River Oykel. These communities; Inveran, Linside, Altas, Rosehall, Invercassley and the sprinkling of settlements beyond, contain around 250 permanent residents. In addition, there are a number of holiday houses. Such is the beauty of the area and the attraction of the three noble salmon rivers; Shin, Oykel and Cassley that there can, at any time of year be more than 1000 people staying in the area. Aside from the facilities that Rosehall Village Hall offers to local groups, the central position that Rosehall occupies within the Sutherland road network has enabled Rosehall Community Arts, to put on, in the hall, a variety of successful productions of plays, concerts, folk-music, art-exhibitions etc. that draw audiences to the hall from as far away as the east and west coasts. Rosehall Village Hall can offer facilities for meetings, seminars, public information displays and private functions (max. 100 people). There is off-road parking for about 40 cars.
