- Hall/Meeting Room: Regular club/users: £12.50 per hour Others: £15.00 per hour
- Evening Party/Social: £200(+ £200 deposit)
- Weekend Let Clubs etc: (Midday Friday to Midday Sunday) £175 per night (+£150.00 deposit)
- Weekend Let (Cubs, Guides, Scouts): £150 per night (+£150 deposit)
- Wedding: £250 (for residents of Resolis Community) (+ £200 deposit)
- £300 for people outwith Resolis Community (+£300 deposit)
- Funeral: £100 (+ £150 deposit)
