Square Enix/Eidos Montreal have released a new video showing the lost city of Paititi in greater detail. In the video, we learn how Lara will interact with the inhabitants, traverse the landscape, and discover forgotten - and deadly - crypts and tombs.

The video also mentions new aspects to Shadow's gameplay mechanics compared to previous titles. In addition to variable difficulty for exploration, puzzles, and combat, the inhabitants of Paititi will all speak in their native language (unless you choose otherwise). This is an extra layer of cultural immersion and a very welcome addition to the franchise.
