Interested in taking up running but think you can’t run? Come and try our Couch to 5k plan. A programme of walking and running building over the weeks to running for 5k which is a very achievable goal. We will help you with the programme, motivation and tips all you have to do is give up your time and commit yourself to three programme sessions a week, the first one each week with us on a Monday to introduce you to that week’s programme. At the end of the programme we will organise a 5K social run to celebrate your achievement.
