CLUB TRAINING (We have organised runs in both Crewkerne & Chard)

CREWKERNE - Meet at St Barts School 6.30 pm

Monday Nights

All abilities - faster runners are actively encouraged to loop and help the less speedy and those just starting their running experience.

Wednesday Nights 

Longer and faster run aimed at those training for 10k's, Half Marathons, etc.  Wednesday runs are split into three groups according to pace.

Sundays

Long runs aimed at those half marathon or marathon training.  Meeting time and place to be decided, please ask if interested.

 

CHARD - Meet Tesco Car Park at 6.45 pm

Tuesdays 

C25K - Starting 5th September 

A Couch to 5K course designed for the anyone new to running and anyone looking to get back to running after a break. This ten week course has been a huge success in both Chard and Crewkerne.

 

Thursday (Moving to Tesco from the Recycling Centre on 7th September)

All abilities - faster runners are actively encouraged to loop and help the less speedy and those just starting their running experience.
