This document clearly states:-
"When an ESA customer, with a health condition that classifies them to be of vulnerable status, fails to comply with a mandatory activity, you are required to make every effort to see vulnerable customers face to face (which may include a visit to their home or contacting Social Services) to ensure that they fully understand their responsibilities before proceeding with a compliance doubt."
- Classifies them to be of vulnerable status?
- Fails to comply with mandatory activity?
- may include a visit to their home or contacting Social Services?
- to ensure that they fully understand their responsibilities?
Does that say they if you have a vulnerable person who might be struggling and isn't engaging the go to their door with a social worker and tell them that if they don't comply with activities you will tell jobcentre on them?
Or am I missing something?
