Welcome to Protestants Today.

I would like to welcome you on behalf of the team of Protestants Today to our website. Few words are necessary to describe to you what our website is NOT:

•  We are NOT a political party neither we want to be associated to one, especially those groups on the fringe of legality.
• We are NOT an Anti-Catholic group. We have firm beliefs rooted in the Bible and in the historical principles of the Protestant Reformation, but we do not aim to attack Roman Catholics. We express our beliefs in freedom, in love towards those who differ from us.
• We are NOT interested in slandering people because they differ from us. We aim to say what the Bible teaches.
• We are NOT interested in the Ecumenical Movement, the Inter-Faith Movement or other movements which undermine the authority of the Bible, but we are glad to build a platform on which dialogue can take place. We are not interested on activities imposed from human agencies, but in genuine Christian fellowship.

We hope that in the future we can build a good relationship with our readers, regardless of their denominational affiliation. We would like above all to encourage all those who claim to be Christians to look unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.

We want to encourage Protestants to value their historical roots, to learn from their forefathers, even from their mistakes, precious and vital lessons to do better and to work for the propagation of the Gospel. We do not need to be ashamed of being Protestants. We need to be ashamed when we deny Christ.

Christ is all and everything we are and have must be found in Him alone. God bless you as you endeavour to be like His Son.
