Jane Isaac the founder of the Argyll RDA Driving Group SCIO has just passed her assessment as a UKcc Level 2 RDA specific driving coach.  This qualification aims to improve the coaching and communication skills available to each RDA driving group and in turn this will then improve the training of our RDA Whips and Drivers.  Ultimately this should lead to more competition success and rosettes for our drivers.  Particularly once we have our own specially designed practice arena.
