About Skylanders
Skylanders was the first ever game to ‘bring toys to life’ by creating a magic connection between real-life action figures and virtual play. By putting characters on a ‘Portal of Power’ children are able to bring the toys they love to life in the console game. There is no need for an internet connection – all you need is an Xbox 360, PS3, Wii or WiiU (we’ll also be on Xbox One and PS4 when they launch)
To date there have been two Skylanders games, Skylanders Spyro’s Adventure and Skylanders Giants. Skylanders SWAP Force is set to release in North America on October 13, Australia on October 16 and Europe on October 18.
In just two years Skylanders has taken the world by storm:
