Background:

The PPRA was formed on xx September 2010 in accordance with the Portous Pend Deed Of Conditions.  The aim of PPRA is to ensure a safe, peaceful and maintained area for all who have rights to Porteous Pend.  All property owners are automatically members with equal voting rights of 1 vote per property.
