Stibbington

Our venue at Stibbington is a disused quarry that has been used by the club for over 35 years. It features rocks and steep wooded banks and can give sections that work well for all 3 routes.

Directions: Stibbington Quarry can be found on the B671 between Wansford and Elton.

Ketton

Ketton Quarry is still fully operational and for one weekend a year we are given permission to run a trial. There is a lot area and we only really get time to scratch surface of it, the going is mainly rocks of all shapes and sizes witha few loose steep banks thrown in. it can be harder setting out sections for the white route but we always do our best to plot three good routes. A little extra petrol is a good idea as the lap can be slightly longer than normal !!!

Directions: From the A1 at Stamford turn west on the A6121, through Tinwell & follow about 2 miles into Ketton. Go past the main cement works entrance & turn right into pit lane. Follow past roundabout to the top & into the Quarry.

Tixover

New Venue for 2016, A lot of you will have ridden there before a few years ago with various other clubs but for those that haven't its a large disused quarry with sandy climbs, lots of rocks and a bit of woodland.

Directions: Tixover can be found off the A47 on the RHS when heading towards Leicester.
