I have been on it for the last 2 weeks and managed to get my bikini body that I needed in a hurry. Even after having child took me 1 and a half years to loose 2 stone. In the last four weeks lost a stone by doing extra exercise but the inch loss around my baby belly amazing. I recommend it even for getting that bikini body that u want & need for the summer!
