Iain Duncan Smith urges X Factor boss Simon Cowell to give work experience to jobless young people
Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith has asked Simon Cowell to offer work experience to unemployed young people after a war of words between the pair after the minister's criticism of X Factor culture.
