Sad Story.

This is a story of Gemma, a obese 45 year old with 2 15 tear old Jack and 18 year old Louise kids she had 3 but one of them died. When this happened Gemma started to put weight on and Piled on the Pounds. Her 2 children got worried abaout her and admitted her to Fat camp; that did not work she came out with more weight than she had when she went in. One day Gemma was with her two children at the local surgery, She spotted a One Step 21 poster. The next day Gemma Called the one step 21 hot line and they sent out a Dietry pack with in 6 months Gemma went from 32 stone down to 21 stone.
