NPC BUDGET BRIEFING
At first sight the budget was maybe not very exciting for pensioners as the increases to state pensions had already been announced in the Autumn Statement. However on closer inspection there are changes to personal tax allowances announced, the transferability of unused personal allowance between spouses/partners and also the prospect of existing pensioners being able to cash in their annuities.
