The Norlands Estate Information and Support Service (NEISS) provides an information and support service for all residents in the following roads:

• Norlands Crescent
• Norlands Gate
• Onslow Crescent
• Paget Gardens
• Penn Gardens
• Sheridan Crescent
• Cromlix Close

The purpose of NEISS is to give a sense of community, promote neighbourliness and enhance residents' enjoyment from living here. This applies to residents of all ages and parts of the estate.

There are 129 households in the area, of whom about 120 are currently members of NEISS. There are also 6 honorary members.
