• stories about letting for publication in specialist magazines and journals.
•  a quarterly newsletter for agents to send to landlords, summerising the news and state of the market, personalising it with the agent's name and address. The agent then has the option of adding advertising to it before sending it on (so recouping the cost), or forwarding it straight to the landlord, in either email or print versions.
