It is with great sadness to report of John's passing. Andy Holligan told me that JB was one of the few contacts he had and called John to be told of his passing by a family member.

John was one of the most liked apprentices, he had such an easy going nature and a great sense of humour.

On a peronal note I remember a trip down south with John and Fraser Mackay, stopping the first night at Thetford to see Windy then on to Gravesend where we slept the night in  the car.

A great loss.
